This notice explains how we use personal information when you visit the mindly website or contact us about a demo or pilot. Processing within the mindly product is covered by the applicable customer agreement and data-processing terms.

What we collect and why
When you request a demo or discuss a pilot, we collect your name, work email, company and the type of enquiry. We use these details to respond, arrange a discussion and follow up on that enquiry. Providing these details is voluntary, but we need contact details to respond. Please do not include employee information or confidential team data in your request.
Legal basis
We process business enquiries on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to prospective customers. If you are personally entering into a contract with us, we may instead process the enquiry to take steps at your request before that contract. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to marketing newsletters.
Who receives the information
We use FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) to receive your enquiry and forward it to our business email. FormSubmit states that it keeps a submission archive for 30 days. Our website hosting and email providers also process information needed to deliver and secure their services. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries that do not lead to a customer relationship, and the related correspondence, for up to 12 months after our last correspondence about the enquiry. We then delete them, unless a longer period is required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Records needed for a customer relationship are handled under the applicable customer terms.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us using the email above. You may also complain to the data-protection authority in your country; in Lithuania, this is the State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI).
